Changes to Itinerary Johara Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary or services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen safety concerns. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an equivalent alternative experience or service. However, we are not liable for any changes due to external factors.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance
- Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the appropriate travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) required for the tour.
- Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended. This should cover personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of personal belongings, and other unforeseen emergencies.
5. Health and Safety All participants are expected to be in good health and capable of participating in the activities included in the tour package. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs before booking. Johara Tours will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, health conditions, or accidents that occur during the tour.
6. Responsibility and Liability Johara Tours acts as an agent in arranging transport, accommodation, and other travel services and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the client due to any act or omission by these service providers. While we take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, travel inherently involves risks, and clients participate at their own risk.
7. Force Majeure Johara Tours will not be held liable for delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
8. Complaints and Disputes If you have any complaints during your tour, please notify your guide or contact us directly as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of [Country], and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
